The Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) requires operators of commercial websites and online services directed to children under 13, or that knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, to obtain verifiable parental consent before collecting such data.

ThinkKits is a B2B school intelligence platform designed exclusively for:
- School district administrators
- Grant writers and consultants
- Education technology vendors
- State education agency staff
- Nonprofit education organizations
The platform requires users to be 18 years or older and to authenticate via a professional email address. No features are designed for, marketed to, or accessible by students or children.
No Data Collection from Children
ThinkKits does not:
- Collect personal information from children under 13 (or under 16)
- Provide any student-facing features or interfaces
- Allow account creation by minors
- Use cookies or tracking technologies to identify children
- Display advertising to children
Age Verification
Account creation requires:
- Professional email address (organizational domain preferred)
- Acceptance of Terms of Service (which require the user to be 18+)
- Organization affiliation during onboarding
- Authentication via Clerk with identity verification
